Wide Angle°

Exhibition at the Cork Vision Centre 2007

The Wide Angle° exhibition was opened by the Lord Mayor Cllr Michael Ahern,
and Maurice Gubbins editor of the Evening Echo
.

The work on display was declared a 'revelation'.

This exhibition was described as Cork's 'Must See' exhibition of 2007.

"For the exhibition I chose a selection of what I feel are some of the most artistically powerful photographs I’ve made in 2006/2007 - this was a little self-indulgent but I'm keen to try and preserve the artistic element of photography, and rather than just show a stream of instantly recognisable locations hopefully I created an exhibition which gave the viewer some sense of the magical and wonderful places on this beautiful earth." Blake Coverdale.
